This class is geared towards investors that are ready to start building new construction homes.
Do I have to have real estate experience?
It preferred, but not mandatory. You will learn everything there is to know about being a developer.
Is this an in-person experience?
Yes, we are an in-person experience.
Do you have payment plans?
Yes, We actually partnered with a separate vendor that can assist you with financing. Send us an email with the subject line DMC Payment Plan at _________.
How many hours a day should I allocate for this?
Usually, our Bootcamp occurs on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. See below our typical schedule for each day.
- Thursday – 10:00 a – 3:00 p
- Friday – 10:00 a – 3:00 p
- Saturday – 12:00 p – 3:00 p
What is your refund policy?
The course is fully refundable with notice of at least 48 hrs. Because we prepare for each student, we cannot offer a refund for ANY reason less than 48hrs. We can reschedule the class so that you can come at a later date.
